Value for money - This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for budget travelers. With prices starting at just 526 Swiss francs for 4 nights, it's a real bargain considering the high prices in restaurants in Geneva.

No improvements needed - This hotel provided an overall positive experience, with no areas that needed improvement.

Quick customer service. It took 15 minutes to reach plage des eaux vives on foot. A decent place for exploring Geneva. The restaurant was located within 700 feet.

Convenience to popular tourist spots like the Flower clock and other attractions nearby. Great for a quick city break! 😊

- very good equipped room (forks, cups, pots, stove, oven, microwave, ironing machine, refrigerator, toaster) - very good connection with public transport - right in the city centre, near the lake - for the location good value price

- noise from the street (cars) - chamber maid arrived every second day - expensive internet (in the garder near hotel is a free wifi)

The location was rather good - close to the lake.

Awful. Avoid it. Rooms looked dirty. Noisy. The furniture is old and obsolete. Needs good restoration. The staff was helpful but the check in took us (two families) 1.5 hours. Expensive for the quality.The worst thing was the breakfast - I am sorry we paid 12 franks per person.

Musty smell in room at all times. Obvious mold growng on shutters outside windows. Very noisy. Internet service on again/off again and the mnager was impatient with my friend's need of internet in rm after she paid for it 3 times. Other personanel hestitant to use english

Great value for money, especially considering the easy access to all forms of transport in the city center. The rooms, with their slight Swiss urban traditional style, were a pleasant surprise. Basic amenities like cooking facilities in the rooms were handy for saving money on eating out.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Location is perfect.Very close to everything. Very convenient to have a kitchen in the room. Good home atmosphere. Elena at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The general impression is very good.

Noise coming from the street. Had to use ear-plugs to sleep well. Complimenrtary coffee and tea were provided only on the day of arrival. It would be good to have them every day. The bed in the small studio is a bit narrow for two.

Excellen place near the lake and old town. Suitable for long term visit as my room had a has a small kitchenette

Stayed here for easter and had a great time. The location was very convenient, near shops and transportation. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and the kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and there was limited space in the room. the wireless internet was not very strong.

Locates right in the city center, with a very short walk to the shopping area and Lake Geneva. You have to take a bus from the main geneva train station. It's a short ride. Once you get of the bus, it's a 2 min walk to the hotel. The room is quite old and the bed is not that comfortable. Anyway, overall room is clean enough, and thinking about it's location, it's not too expensive in the high living expense city like Geneva.

It locates on the big street, so it's quite noisy even at night.

The security and the non-working TV. Security felt a bit so, so! When we arrived the hotel was closed and the code to get into the hotel was in an envelope hanging outside so anyone could get access to it. The key to hotel apartment was taped on the outside of the door to the room. When we asked about the TV and why it wasnt working the receptionist said that this was a common problem but the man that fixes it would be in the next day. The dated decor was also not appealing but considering what we paid for the room it was to be expected.

We liked the cooking facilities in our small studio as eating out would have been so much more expensive.

Comfortable location, good service and polite staff. You get double bed room/studio in quiet place yet in the center of the city. On average is good value for it's money.

It's a little bit pricey, and rooms are old and seem to be long without repairs... broken power sockets, etc.
